In August this year, 2gether brought their recruitment in-house and set up a talent acquisition team. Samantha Follington, Head of People for 2gether put together the plan to recruit this new team.

The service has been up and running for a couple of months and the talent acquisition team headed up by Jessica Clarke, Talent Acquisition Manager, helped to make sure that there was a smooth transition to the new system and that the team were up to speed before recruitment began.
